Food, tech, and everything in between.

As much as i hate to, if F4F doesn't call me tomarrow by noon i will go to my awesome bank- but still a bank and hope they will give me the credit I need to secure this place and begin participating in this amazing market, and no more rationing food by the 15th of the month while my wife Drs. hound her for higher protein in her diet.  

The other issue you have is trust: people will be suspicious to a home made mortgage from a private individual compared to a well known bank.

When I still had the removable battery type, most would never change the battery or simply removed it because it would go off when they burned their food. 

In Lake Forest we used to just do it at a pizza place that had a meeting room, and everyone was asked to support the business by buying food/drinks. 

Can you tell if there is food and clothing in the residence?  

How do you rate the food at a restaurant if you can't taste it?

I have a couple that I’ve built but most sellers feel most comfortable with what is institutional and doesn’t look homemade.

Imagine if he drops it, how difficult this tenant becomes going forward.There is one factor to consider here, from the tenants perspective....food for thought for future years.
