Again, I'd want to at least see clear signs of a corner turned, positive population growth, some good governance etc.

After several applications from liars who had past evictions, I was able to rent the house to a nice family with a clean history and a good referral from a past tenant.I think a lot of it has to do with Spring being around the corner, people getting tax refunds, and a general view of the economy getting better.

Boyfriend was backed in to corner and fired at intruder/ex.This is pieced together from various details gathered.

The real kicker is that it had a sink hole repaired at a corner of the house back in 2007.

Not exactly around the corner.  

They totally research the town and the area and usually the four corner property where they consider building a new restaurant. the Owner and Manager have to go to BK University and pass all the exams.
