I have read Ron LeGrands books and he uses 70% as well...just not real sure why...Also, is it safe to say that someone could sell their house for 70% below MV?

. - alot of them he does "not recommend". he rips them and then offers his books and other materials in place of all them.BUT i can't say that i've read any of his material other than what's on his site in terms of articles.

They are easy to SELL and mistake the trappings of success for real success.However, I've read lots of books from the library and been offered many sets of tapes and books for almost nothing.
