Hi Shaun,I like long term private money off of credit reports, no PGs, and in land trusts for privacy so I do not own anything when lawyers check (lol)Cmon, do an asset search, I dare you!

Better trust your realtor though because if you are not using your own eyes you might not be seeing the entire picture.

It helps having extremely low vacancies in my area and SFR with low turnover and maintenance.

Trust but verify what the seller is telling you on those.
