I am a 32 year old who is satisfied with my career but am looking for a way to park my extra income aside so that I can one day have a stable stream of passive income that will allow me to retire early or at least let me take some time off work and travel with my family or spend time doing the things I love doing (my hobbies unfortunately don't pay the bills!).

@Ned Carey  now if your talking Auction .com  or hubzu or something like that you have an escrow period.but they do want to know if your going to be financing or paying cash and they won't let you change mid stream.. by change I mean you can't say your going to pay cash and then your really getting a loan.. most will kick it out and cancel the deal.. if you say cash you have to have cash..
