I've been told a single fold doesn't really devalue it.I've searched around the internet and seen notes as low as $2 and as high as $80 but mine is the only one I've seen with an original value of $250.

Wandering around the Internet, I came across two multi-family properties located next to each other.One is a 2-door, built in 1900, 1,893 Sqft, 0.6 acres, priced at 235,000The other is a 4-door, built within the past 50 years, 3,500-4,000 Sqft,  2.5 acres, priced at $129,000.Why such a difference in pricing? 

I have a strong internet connection and am thinking of placing a nest sensor in the coldest area of each unit to help me get a sense of the temperature of each apartment.

The property is a 3/2 single car attached garage, furnished and utilities included (water, electric, internet & cable, garbage, lawn).

These types of wire scams have been prevalent on the internet for 20 years.

All this info per random internet searches, so who knows how true that is, but overall it makes sense. 

If you want true leads, you need to source them by internet with landing pages, Facebook ads, etc and use SEO.
