It should be noted that the laws are pretty weird here in Iceland so we can't ask for salary questions and credit checks are only getting started by tech companies so we're limited to basic internet background checks and checking references.Does this list seem sufficient for a pre-screen, an overkill or perfect?

Hey guys, I’m a door-to-door salesman selling Tv, internet, and home security, And In my Turf I have about 9000 addresses, and knock about 100 doors a day.

@Greg H. is an expert at HUD enough said on that subject.realtors don't find homes for buyers much anymore all buyers find them on line that's how the business is handled we all get auto feeds for markets we are interested in then e mail our agent when something looks interesting.Like yesterday I got an auto feed of a new lot listing in Charleston contacted my agent had offer in within 30 minutes of the property hitting MLS.. that's how its done these days.Agents might have pocket listings or off market that they procure.. but not stuff that is listed on the internet.. 

Should I provide internet? 

My friend in PA wants me to help him sell his house for a referral bonus and I am NOT a realtor or agent, (He lacks writing skills and internet skills as well as photography skills.) 

So does connecting a Smart TV to the internet, along with setting up a modem or router.
