It has a well and septic but unsure on last inspection as of now.

I plan on using ZInspector for the move out inspection.

They quoted me to clear the blockage ($2500) so they could inspect the line further.

So my original offer on this duplex was accepted at 130k and I paid for a personal inspection ($300) after the report came back.
