Its not necessary forever but if you buy a struggling facility, you will want to ramp up as quickly as possible and that inevitably involves dinner time calls.I just scratched the surface here and I know the questions I asked arent the easy ones to answer but you dont want to be one of those people who gets a couple years into investing to realize that your ladder was against the wrong wall (I speak from experience).Hope that helps.Mike

The property is townhouse sharing walls with neighbors, now neighbor said they also have cockroaches.The pest control company said that Cockroaches are in-door ones, brought by residents.

And if it does go out, electric wall units would probably be the cheaper option than having ducting done and a furnace installed.

I don't like the damage some tenants cause moving heavy appliances to walls and doorways.

COE last week, rain this week, new flip is flooding, the ceilings are urinating all over the "plush carpet", the textured walls are now 99% wet, and I have a crying new millennial buyer soaking tears in IPA's by the growler full! 

So, to be clear, even though it was an incredible deal financially speaking, you ARE NOT interested in doing any condo flips any more? 

I had two instances of this last month in century old house I manage that have little to no insulation and plumbing in outside walls.

Is anyone using barn wood or designer wall planks for an accent wall on flips?

The tenant found out that the next door neighbor is smoking inside their unit and the smoke is seeping through their walls and/or the ventilation system.
