Well to BP members and other's the answer is obvious but looks like the media wants to put a negative spin on it and say we are shutting out opportunity for these buyers.This is completely absurd.

It's worse when investors also ignorantly agree with the atrocities being committed by these banks.Since when has buying something at a lower price and immediately selling it at a higher price become "fraud"The truth of the matter is that, where there are humans, there will always be a potential for some bad apples to spoil the whole lot.

Made me lose faith in humanity, yet given me hope at the same time.

I was just pointing out how absurd it is for someone with a real estate license to take issue with Permitting & GC licensing laws & regulations when having to follow those rules offends his sensibilities.
