Good thread so far, We have had many request for funding for various MJ related facilities and the biggest issue we can not get around is the Federal min. sentencing rules.

Will he need in home care or moved to an assisted living facility.

@Richard Cook: I have insurance but my deductible is higher than the damage.

Some subdivisions have more common areas and facilities, also.On the other hand, property taxes are deductible, HOA fees aren't for a home owner.

I've listened to DR for a long time and for the average w-2er, his basic advice of avoiding 'bad' debt on stuff that drops in value, to focus paying on one debt to knock it out, avoid keeping up with the Joneses with cars and stuff we don't need, spend less than you make, etc is sound.But... he was basically burned by a stove once so doesn't cook with a stove anymore.  

I'm a good cook, though, so if you want food advice, I can help out there.

Here where I’m at (Cook County, IL) the information is the Deed but ignored by the recording clerk.

These have damaged property and roadways, and such breaks pose a threat to public safety, especially when they impact fire-fighting capabilities and medical facilities.
