Keep in mind, you are only required to live in that home for 12 months...but you may not be able to move your family every 12 months either. 

Observation 2:  With the COVID trend of people wanting to move out of the 'big city' (Toronto) and into 'safer' locations SSM appears to be one of the locations people are migrating towards (along with Northbay, and Sudbury). 

I'm a newbie but I'm a fast learner and I believe I'm a pretty competent person in general.

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

Based on the above projections I receive, I then decide to move forward with the property or look elsewhere. 

Since then, I've had a baby and now am pregnant with my second and I miss my extended family, so I'm considering selling the land and moving home but I want to be smart about it.I'm looking at marketability, value opinions per forested acreage for the area, and whether this kind of property is selling in the area lately or if we're better off holding it for a while.
