It's a Rental Agreement, not a Lease - you can get one from your attorney, or the Self Storage Association IN YOUR STATE (they are state specific) 2.  

Frankly, if there is no significant damage associated with the cat, then, there is nothing to haggle about or risk losing more money and time in court.I imagine you would have absorbed the repairs caused by wear and tear over the time they inhabited the house.The overall consensus in this thread is that you should just let it slide and move on to more important things.

If you want to sell it is is best to evaluate market conditions, costs associated with a sale and time frames of a possible sale. 

We also paint over graffiti and do alley clean-ups with the local neighborhood association.

Block is certainly more sturdy but has its own associated issues.

Sometimes they are not quick to respond.Some associations have requirements and a tenant approval process that reduces your chances to find a tenant.

We have AAA, AARP, both members of the American Bar Association, and my husband is a veteran (former marine).  

And that is why we have real estate boards, state bar associations, and insurance regulators.
