I have a full-time career (my wife works full-time as well), 3 boys under 10 that are are playing baseball that I help coach (two playing travel ball - if you don't know what that is, you can look it up under "Time & Money Suck"). 

The travel times are for him, I am currently out of the country.

I like to travel and have thought about purchasing real estate overseas, but I would rather go somewhere new each year and not get locked down to specific locations.

I’m of course going to travel to the locations and get a sense of the land before making any investments.I have two main questions.First: What would be the best method for me to find wholesalers in these areas?

As an engineer myself, I really love what I do, cons are traveling too much and spending way too much time away from my love ones (and that's basically what drives me to continue investing).Regarding your inexperience in REI, I would recommend to start small, get the experience to be a Landlord, and grow with time.

The road for travelling workers is pretty rough, all kinds of unsavory women and men are on that path. 

I don't travel there for work as often as I used to and have a growing family.

So many travel expenses I thought I could write off should not have been written off because I didn't keep the receipts or could not proof they are related to my rental business!!
