While working at this hospital i have come across many nurses and staff that come as temp staff based on a travel assignment and they constantly struggle to find a decent place to stay, so many  life out of hotels while they work here.. 

The goal is that steam hits all the radiators at the same time no matter what their distance from the boiler, and the speed at which the steam travels is managed by the port size on your radiators and the main vents. 

One closing cost, one property to manage, one lawn to mow, one water/sewer bill, one roof to fix, one place to travel to...

If I were you and I was looking into turn-key units I would do a couple of things:- Pick a state/city that you are willing to travel to or maybe already travel to for vacation.- Research the turn-key company's property management methods.

I've been traveling as an expat for 3 years or so but am ready to settle down in a European city for at least 5 years or longer now.

@Roberto Torres, I sincerely apologize for my late response due to my travel schedule I wanted to make sure I responded thoroughly versus rushed and short. 

I have not, but I'll be curious about what you find - most of my processes at this point are automated, so there's very little I need to be hands-on about on a day-to-day basis, however I'd eventually like to have someone I can trust who can take over guest communications and basic management if I'm traveling or otherwise unable/unwilling to have my phone on at all times.  

Adding a co-host who I trust was key to fill in while I'm traveling.

I did travel down to Huntsville in November and purchased 2 homes.

You are on-site, unless you travel all the time or are terrified of your tenants, so why would you need (or want - these people live next door to you!)
