I have traveled to many different countries and with technology growth now I have stayed a month using Airbnb for $1,000 month including all utilities.

So one can always get a big picture as to what is taking place.And when you step away from the national big picture and dive more into a select area, e.g. your San Antonio MSA, including the primary, secondary, & tertiary markets, that "market area" is typically always a 3-mile radius from the prospective site, as that tends to be the max distance that someone is willing to travel from their home to their Storage Unit.
