I never saw it first hand, and knew two people that were respected in my REIA buying into that stuff that had some in the works, I assume they fizzled out because I never heard the outcome.

As a novice photo shop designer that would be my 0.02!

And fixing three holes at once is cheaper than fixing one hole on three separate visits, but I feel like if a place starts to look beat up the tenant and/or guests aren't going to treat things with as much respect.

I believe seperate is best for now, and for myself my photo with a phrase or just "real estate" something, I myself will start off small but something better than none.

One concern I have is whether the basement unit meets the current code with respect to egress windows in the bedrooms.  

I agree @Katie Neason  I do still really respect the book(s) as it gets people excited about real estate and it's a big paradigm shift suite of books that has really helped me get in the right mindset in my own investing.

This law finally considered the mediator as a person providing a professional service, who now acquired a major and respectable role in Italian society.
