That is an idea we have been thinking about - prior board had some initial conversations with the fee holder but it stopped there for the time being.

I think that is a great idea however I have a small time line to close probably 2 weeks.

It's best to find a broker or loan officer that has access to lenders that follow Fannie and Freddie guidelines.

But I also don't want to be scrambling trying to find a contractor to look it over when I get it under contract and have my inspection period.I guess at this point I am just looking to get into contact with a general contractor or somebody who can give me a good idea of what they can do the work for on any property I bring them to.

I'll find a contractor soon but want to get a rough idea of numbers before moving forward.
