Yes sir , we can gut your house , put in a custom kitchen , a second story , new landscaping in a weekend for only $15,000.  

I typically do higher end finishes in all of my rehabs, so a $60k budget is not something I have seen in 3-4 years now, but my recent renovations have all been major renovations: moving walls, adding bathrooms, gutting kitchens, etc.When I was first starting, I wasn't making a lot of money on my flips (20-30k), and this deal reminds me of that.  

I did an 80% gut of the interior, 70% new electrical, 50% new plumbing, new HVAC, new septic, new roof, landscaping and an exterior facelift.

Gut feeling there's better things to do.I've never shown a rental or sale home to someone.

In the bathrooms now, Gutted and want to replace the shower valve assembly but it's got an old steel pipe as one of the feed lines, and it runs along a stud.
