OK, all advice above is correct; you'll need an Attny that specializes in L/T in Queens, and you must have good understanding of local L/T laws as well.CRITICAL-- you need to do a search at building department to make sure you have no building code violations of record, because a tenant can use ANY outstanding violation to postpone, delay and frustrate your efforts to get them out.
