I have heard that L&I may be reviewing some electronically filed permit applications during the shutdown.  

EPLI insurance isdesigned to protect employers, whether they are entities or individuals, against lawsuits filed by employees. 

I want to file an eviction process but i am afraid the pay or quit via email wont work in court.Please advise.Also, can someone share a generic form of pay or quit for the state of NJ?

If she's on a year lease, I would file eviction every time she pays one day after the grace period ends, or immediately if there is no required grace period.  

Filed for eviction, screwed it up, finally got it right.

The taxes apparently  increased because  my father had exemptions that ended with his death, but I did a still-timely last-minute filing for homestead  exemption in that state (Florida) as I had lived there and in that house just prior to the sale, and the title company  would  have had the final calculation  available  from the state taxing agency.

Can he still file a mechanics lean?

Do I still have to file taxes for my business since I don’t have anything?

@Jason Goretzki the rule was actually to seal eviction records if the tenant won or it was incorrectly filed.

The aging parent unilaterally had an estate attorney change the deed to include their trust and not their individual name (as originally filed).
