Early Tuesday morning i get and email telling me that there's been another offer, so i need to bring my highest and best.I just laughed, told my agent to submit my new offer at 68k. those people are idiots. it's on thing to try to push regular homeowners to play on their emotional feelings, but they have to learn that that crap does not work with investors.
