Well....if you have a 3 bed 1 bath house for rent and you get a person with ONE child and their voucher will cover the amount you are asking for in rent....and then you get someone else that also has a voucher and that has 2 or 3 or 4 kids and the obligatory animal(s) and pets applying for that same 3 bedroom 1 bath house to rent then what do you think most landlords will do? 

The state of Idaho does not require a license in property management (I am in Boise) just go after it one bite at a time, eat that elephant let me know if I can help you.

So if they leave the water on, or go crazy watering grass, do you just eat the cost over what you included in the fee?
