Once I explained the level of customer service I was expecting and the level of customer service I was actually receiving and the vast difference between the two, things improved greatly.We're ready to do the next one and I am hoping that the rep we got was just going through a bad patch or was new or something and that our next one will be better.

I've found their fee structure to be simple and inexpensive (VRBO, on the other hand, had undisclosed fees that pissed me right off), and the interface is VASTLY simpler to use.
