It depends: how much do you know about title reports, purchase and sale agreements, counter offers, negotiating the best deal, addendums, setting up escrow, closing dates, occupancy, transferring utilities, inspections, cure notices, how to handle grumpy sellers or tenants, etc?

Then I transfer the ownership to an LLC I own with my daughter and I am keeping the same insurance.1- Do I have to terminate the old insurance and buy new one in the name of the LLC?

The judge would literally transfer the title to the deed of the house back to him and I would be left trying to get reimbursement from the seller's title insurance company, which is saying it their underwriter has reviewed the case and does not believe the homeowner is likely to sue, and they are working to produce a commitment to issue title for me and the title policy after closing.

If a decree is the vehicle a court uses to document the rights to a piece of property and a warranty deed is recorded with the county clerk to perform the transfer, how is is possible that a bank can ask me for something else, effectively opening up a transaction that was completed ten years ago.
