This is a tough situation, as if I was the other party I would ask the question "what makes you a qualified individual to determine if the tree was a risk", are you an arborist or tree expert?

@Vinvi Gucci, a few questions/comments:I would think YOU (and your wife) through your LLC should be getting a loan buy/refinance the house AND transfer the deed solely to your LLC at the same time.
