If I am working to build my team in a market that is 3 hours outside of my native market, is it essential that absolutely ALL of my team members be located in that market?

roommates are preferred to a family imo, and in that location you’ll get good techie tenants all day long.

You can acquire a property for $100k and rent out for $1-1.2k, depending on location within the metro.

Just have to figure out what you can and cannot do then figure out if its worth your effort and time on a personal level.. the fact is .. real estate is location , location, location  and supply demand and available credit supply the values.    

Is University of Central Florida located in Oviedo (the address is Orlando)?

If your location has restrictions against Airbnb or rentals less than 30 days; I would look in to traveling nurses who want furnished rentals for several weeks.

The locations in preference are Hazelton P.A. and Mountain Top P.A.
