Try using the search tool on the top right corner of the site to look up terms such as "Pittsburgh" and "Multi-Family". 

As Terrence said, if you ask the worst they can do is say no.As far as credit repair, just us the "Search the site" box in the upper right-hand corner of the site and search "credit repair".

While I am focused on A-B grade neighborhoods to strike a balance between cash flow and minimize risk of vacancy/low quality tenants/& stagnant depreciation, I'm also interested in what investors are up to in lower grade markets (Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, West Ashley, North Charleston, etc.)

Litter  boxes in virtually every corner of the house.

There were constant fights, guns pulled, drug deals on the street corner in plain sight, etc.
