Hi Everyone,I'm currently active duty military about to move to Colorado Springs in the next 3-6 months and I think I'm ready to make my first investment.

Rent it for a year or two and then move in.

You would then end up spending time cleaning it once they've moved out, or would hire someone to clean it. 

And many of the companies will send notice to a third party like the property owner if the tenants don't pay the bill or moves out without telling the owner.  

This does happen every so often, usually they realize they are outside of their cancellation policy and just do not bother to show up.We will not refund nor let them move their dates as we do offer trip insurance, so it is on them if they opt out.

Now that property takes all attentions, I cut rent by $100 but still cannot compete with that price.
