Though I think that when you get that far out there might be another MLS system even if they might list on the one most of the state uses too.There also isn't a single for rent ad for there on Craigslist which would not have that bias as I looked on the "Western Mass" one that is separate from Boston and a few other ones for Central MA and Cape Cod.Rent-O-Meter has the rents as pretty solid if you can buy and fix it pretty cheap.For a wholesale or a flip you need to know what the market activity is like.
