Though I think that when you get that far out there might be another MLS system even if they might list on the one most of the state uses too.There also isn't a single for rent ad for there on Craigslist which would not have that bias as I looked on the "Western Mass" one that is separate from Boston and a few other ones for Central MA and Cape Cod.Rent-O-Meter has the rents as pretty solid if you can buy and fix it pretty cheap.For a wholesale or a flip you need to know what the market activity is like.

I've watched flipping Vegas, Boston, Than Merrill in CT, Armondo's version which is in TX and another in Los Angeles, oh and in San Diego too.

I'm not suprised Boston got beat by the Heat.

The amount of money taken out of the transportation industry FOR ROADS could deliver on repairs, and infrastructure if the money wasn't wasted.

North NJ is very attractive for many reasons, one of them is its convenient transportation to the NYC. 

I would watch them leave, while we were calling for our partners to bring more transport to the site.We were volume dealers and could sell just about anything.

Contrast this with communities in areas with sensible judges where we have seen a judge tell them they couldn't even go back to the home and that the community would deal with any transporters or buyers the errant resident might have for a fee set by the judge.

I picked an area on the map where there was good transport to the bigger city (Orlando), and asked the Realtor to help me avoid dodgy areas based upon his experience of the local community.  

My main goal is to cash flow but also to make my living expenses as low as possible and the big three are food, transportation, and housing.
