The MN standard lease only states normal wear and tear vs excessive damage.The large holes in the walls should be considered excessive but I was wondering if there was any kind of list that states what is normally considered excessive damages.thanks for your responses..

One thing about Airbnb they cater to the guests and leave the hosts hanging at times but I love their platform and I think it is the best one out there.

Its an older building, so there are not dual walls between the units;  I imagine I may have to remedy that, as all the condos I've seen need to have an airspace between them.
