If they are willing to share that info with you, that "secret" is no longer a secret to you, just to those who don't have the info or knowledge.I think that there are pieces of information you could get from a respected guru (if there is such a thing) but the most important factor in my mind is how you as the student are capable and willing to apply that knowledge in the business!

Your time is ticking, so you don't have this leverage as maybe your neighbor selling conventional way with some equity in and in fair market value.With all due respect to all agents out there doing also negotiations work on their listings by themself I saw better results with more short sales closed when agent was doing salesman part and short sale hassles get outsourced to the attorney to perform with legal and negotiation part.Your choice.

When you get a deal you can go out for coffee with a respectable wholesaler from there and offer to split the deal in exchange for guidance through the parts you're unclear on.
