Brandon, I really think that before you dive into a flip this size that you have access to, and carefully review, the MLS data yourself.   

You will not fill in all of this data every conversation and its best to let everything flow organically and naturally. 

Now the RealtyTrac data only tells us that in the last four years, half a million properties were bought by big investors.

But to take an objective view, I would look at country data to determine best states to work in. 

I am looking for different resources to find data and information on a particular real estate market.

On the flip side, Greenwich/Westport and some other of the wealthiest towns in the country probably can go for $400-500 a sq.Just based off of data online. 

I've had less that a handful of applicants that rebelled.BTW: A Fico score is not a meaningful piece of data, as the applicant can have:public recordsevictionslatescollectionsand you want the DETAILS, not some magic number like 3.1416 (aka Pi)

Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.
