I appealed by triggering the Tidewater Clause, which gives all parties 72 hours to submit data to support a different appraisal amount. 

I've driven for dollars, taken aerial photos with my drown, found wholesale deals, ran numbers on flips and BRRR's for these guys that I thought would make good investments they just never want to pull the trigger.

Just note, doing this *could* trigger a due on sale clause from your lender, meaning if it is in your loan paperwork and they care enough, they could call your note due since you "sold" (read - transferred) the property to someone else.  

It could be an option to accelerate the amount you have for reserves so you can feel comfortable pulling the trigger on a new home.

Way to pull the trigger to take action!

I needed that little push to get me to pull the trigger.  

I take the time to plan out my strategy in any endeavor, but I also know that when it’s time to put the plan into action, one must pull the trigger.

I am glad to finally pull the trigger with a partner of mine (first time for him as well) and pick up our first investment property!  

I manage all over the state and wouldnt hesitate to pull the trigger on any management group that didnt manage in an open and professional manner. 

As such, the closing would trigger paying off the old loan, and initiation of a new loan in the LLC's name, not your own.
