I am not necessarily trying to justify that price, but it isn't quite as absurd at it would be if it was a normal triplex. 

Honestly I am so sick of the snotty attitudes of people when it comes to renting to felons, people make mistakes its called being human and unfortunately a lot of (aka) better people feel they dont deserve a second chance and make it almost impossible to find a place to live.  

I took some satisfaction out of the fact that the little guy was pushing a boy's bicycle with 20-inch wheels up a hill, obviously really going places in his miserable life.It's awful to see how little a human can care about others, especially towards animals. 

If the SPD is not available, the plan administrator or human resources department should be contacted for a copy of the most updated version.

It's crazy especially under human underwriters eyes, who say "oh well this is the rules....." no exceptions apparently.  

Over the years I have met and been approached by many con artists, swindlers, and other various pieces of human trash. 

Also, do forget the human factor, find out some info on the buyers.  

It's the cost of buying into a property-producing income at an absurdly low price.

Human beings are pretty resourceful people when you think about it.
