Full gut.. everything was replaced… this house will have zero maintenance for years.

My gut tells me that replacing a single-door with 12 doors has to be a money maker, but I really need to start putting pencil to paper.

THE DETAILS: The house started as a 2 bedroom 1 bath house and once we got our hands on it we completely gutted the kitchen and the den and added a master suite in the den area and completely renovated the kitchen.

Most houses are trading between 110k for a full gut, up to 135k for a cleaner rental-ready home, with ARV values rising by the week but consistently ranging between 220-250k with some properties even pushing north of 250k.Typically my contractors have been pricing full guts between 60-80k depending on what lumber is priced at for the week (thank god it's finally on the decline).Hope this helps!

That is your gut talking, and no matter what you are running it is always best to listen to your gut.
