Dealing with the city here can be frustrating but for the price it is a solid deal.I used to just be happy to clear $200 above PITI and took pride in "owning" the house.

You may be highly frustrated and have to check with the historical society for every part of the property such as floors, windows, doors, outside stairs, inside stairs etc.

Its frustrating, but he says I'm close and we could make it work.

@Michael Hayworth  while frustrating we will work with VA buyers as like you we try to support our veterans..my wife is adamant that this is our responsibility to allow them to use their VA loan..

It will be the most frustrating hilarious painful read ever.      

Its frustrating but its a guideline, not really a rule.
