I've been throwing cash at my debt for 2 years so I have 50k in credit available to me, but it seems I should have putting that cash aside all that time instead.One way to get around it is to add a co-owner to my llc which I could do but then we both have to file federal taxes on it right?

Essex county has their deeds and records electronically searchable, you can use this link:. https://press.essexregister.co...i use this to look up property deed and mortgage trails, they would also show if liens are filed against the property as well.

If I was the landlord in this scenario, I would handle it similar to how your landlord did....file for eviction and sue you for past due rent.Granted the son doesn’t sound like a great guy, but he also lives in a completely separate single family house from you.
