Low prices provide more work, more work=more done jobs or I call them "free 10-20 year ads" for others to see, and price slashing takes competition out of the game eventually, ruinous competition if you will.

The listing will always be high but eventually the lenders will come down and in many cases you can get them to 85% and even lower with a good counter BPO (get rehab estimates and good photos to supplement your counter offer)

The best approach is to hire a full time onsite management team capable of performing all the duties of management, home sales, managing maintenance and repairs, and the implementation of software systems and processes that will eventually have the park running like a Swiss watch.
