I am hoping to learn how to buy properties using creative seller financing (AITD, lease options, subject to, etc).  

However, that single strategy could lead to needing to get creative in order to solve the property owner's problem. 

It's the creative offers that I'm having a hard time coming up with.

There's a couple things, what makes a good deal is a motivated seller that really has to sell and that's willing to do the creative deal or a low price.

You are in another state trusting that your agent is doing what he says he is- Id creative on how he can involve you more- If its just a design issue there should be solutions to that.
