Hi BP,  Just wondering how you handle your direct mailing campaigns when you find a single person or company owns multiple properties in the area your working?

I just started taking the plunge into RE Investing about 2 months ago and my thought is that if I’m going to move, now is the time before I start getting a lot of momentum going in Charleston as I have already started a yellow letter campaign there, but have not done any deals.

The drawback is if you cancel you'll lose access to the websites and any data you've stored.I would recommend this software to anyone looking for quick lead generation, an autoresponder (emails automatically sent at different times), simplifying mailing campaigns and connecting the dots between properties, buyers and lenders.

So we set up a direct mail campaign to do just that.

In my area, multi-family units do not typically go on the MLS, so my partner and I started a small direct mail campaign targeted at duplex owners in a neighborhood where we want to invest.

I am happy with the results from my first mailing campaign and am teeing up my second round.
