I didn't look into why the judge made their decision, but especially due to the case being seen in California, they were probably trying to satisfy the recent political environment of sensitivity towards discrimination.

Its a great consistent environment.

As a “land lord” I hold the ultimate moral responsibility of providing a quality living environment and I plan to do just that.I hope to give as much I take out of this community as grow though hands on experience.

That said I wasn't sure how to take that...maybe they posted something and got the pants sued off of them and they cant run their website, or maybe they became so good, they sold their company for $$$ and are sipping margs on a beach somewhere now. 

I am doing this for a client near Baltimore who is building a 12,000 SF house out of SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels), installing solar panels, Tesla Powerall, and many more sustainable features to make it net-zero. 

You can try a fan in a window for a few days to cycle outside air through the basement to lower the humidity, but in GA's already humid environment, that's not likely to help much.

It is in "everyones" (but especially the banks) interest for the property to not end up as an REO, the investor does the hard work of negotiating with the bank and many many many realtors will not even show a property listed as pending short sale, banks are making an informed big boy decision regarding the short sale offer versus their likely net going through foreclosure, there is NO fiduciary responsibility to the lender (this argument baffles me), the only deals closing are FULLY disclosed, and national title companies would not be closing them (especially in this environment) if they are illegal or heaven forbid that "F" word FRADULENT.

The hot water steamed walls and ceiling and was perfect environ for mold growth,,,,and tenant didnt say a word.Mostly because they had 15 people staying in a 1 bedroom SMALL house,,,running a hotel of sorts.

But in the environment today, my guess is there is much less inventory in your area and they aren't desperate for offers.
