Is there anything I am missing/overlooking?

We are under contract, but the listing agent did not disclose the Working Capital Fee in the HOA Disclosure. The cost is $851. Can we hold them responsible? This is one of several mis-represented or negligent disclos...

I would respectfully say you are missing or not aware to how a lot of the transactions are being handled. 

It would seem to me that the ROI & cash flow are more appealing on the STR; am I missing something?

I guess the foreclosure attorney missed that ownership was transferred to the trust.Wells Fargo had the property listed on their REO website, had a realtor list it on MLS etc. 

I find that many people miss out on tons of deals because they simply don't realize that it is, in fact, a good deal.

I was happy with my lender Don McLelland from Supreme Lending; and happy so far with my insurance agent Donna McLellandWould not recommend the realtor (not enough attention to detail) or my inspector (missed the fact that the roof was leaking in the garage)
