A family member even said its unethical or preying on people’s bad fortune... but both properties I’ve bought so far I’ve helped the seller get rid of something they didn’t want, and wouldn’t miss. and even though I explain that they don’t get it lol.

-There is previous water leak spotted in chimney siding -Low water flow rate even though water pressure checks good - hot water heater is working but old - windows probably need replacement some don’t stay open and one window can not open at all -new smoke detector needed -ac thermostats works but is miss wired -few small electrical works I am gonna call my agent and discuss possible price reduction or have them fix some of these issues.
