:-( The questions asked: No, No, No and NoAnd, from what you have mentioned, if you are correct, is this is no deal.No lender will allow a true loan assumption, release the previous borrower and not modify the note and not charge fees of do so financing 100% of your purchase, well, there could be cases, like if you had 500K in the bank they might for a special customer, who doesn't really need the loan, but in reality, no. :)

I've passed on a few names, but I didn't get involved so I have no idea what happened if anything.I realize`a "real" RELO thing would or could be a big deal, hard to organize, but seems too that more referrals could be made.Good thing about referrals is the third party influence, so long as the referring party has a good relationship with the one referred.Anyone referred customers to others out of your area?

and to Sydney job hit the nail on the head for exactly hwhat I am looking for...the what I sell I actually do not care what I sell ...what I do cRe about is selling a legitimate product at a legitimate price because if I sell people absolutely useless items one I would feel bad and two I might run into these people again and the last thing I would want to do is create a bad relationship with a potential future customer
