Every summer something happens or you notice the biggest line of traffic because of cars parked right off of the HWY. 

Most other areas will see the most traffic in June, July, August, and September, but expect it to be pretty slow for the remaining months of the year.

If there is noticable higher traffic nearby I would get the owner's permission to put a sign on a corner lot or a vacant lot.

This guy, also in a small multi-unit (8 plex) became a nuisance with his fellow tenants with his collections of grocery carts holding collected cans, his excessive traffic into his apartment, etc.  

Daughter involved in traffic accident, no fatalities but some injuries.

Although, I'm wondering if it would be legal to setup numerous 'showings' to have legitimate buyers/renters take a look at the property as well as have family members, friends, colleagues, etc. join in on the showings to increase foot traffic through the house and at the most inconvenient times of the day such as early morning/late at night. 

Kinda like getting your driver license.. without knowing the " traffic laws " you may be able to drive ok.. but when you get pulled over by the cops they will explain what traffic offence you did not know your getting the ticket for.. eh ?
