Once we had started the remodel we found wiring that was cut off and taped off (and were live) inside the walls underneath areas the previous owners had remodled and they were live.  

Neutral shades enable homeowners to envision their furniture and other possessions fitting into the space, without being distracted by the vivid colors on the walls.

I'm going to put one of those containers on the shower wall, that has shampoo, lotion and conditioner.

Buying a 4 plex with 5% down (or less) is pretty incredible, especially if the numbers show cash flow even with you in there, not paying any rent.  

Also remember that although HOA seems like it goes towards nothing, it essentially covers everything outside your 4 walls, especially when it comes to a condo.

Dry wall, textured paint.....the works.
