So get a service that will make sure that there are enough funds to be transferred to paying for the seller's mortgage.

I know several lenders that'll do a loan in your LLC, but it'll be a debt service coverage, ratio loan or dscr.

You may still get my GF has a service dog and that is a dicey one.
