I have these 2 deals and am just wondering your take and what you would do...Deal #1 - Tampa FL Duplex (3/1 house with an attached 1/1 apartment) - Purchase price plus minor rehab/loan fees/temp financing fees (interior paint of 3/1, changing some light fixtures, some minor cleanup) I will be all in at $125k.  

The technology is so good now that anyone with basic knowledge of lighting and framing can do almost as well as a professional photographer.

I'm a light user of these social media platform but somehow today felt extra productive.

You'd get your VA loan paid off, would have it on a traditional mortgage and have an extra 10k-ish to use.

You will be judged on whether this is a reasonable accommodation if it were to go to court so tread lightly on this one. 

This new property that I’m interested in buying would technically be my new primary residence but I don’t plan on staying there all to often in the traditional sense since I cannot live in the same city that I work in to receive tax benefits on my salary.
