Perfect!

Looking at it for Tiny Houses, you may find one that would be perfect for that but otherwise wouldn't have been a solid deal with regular mobile homes. 

I could lease my dog to these flooring companies to do stress testing, and she has wrecked some other brands, but the nucore has held up perfectly!

Waiting for that perfect moment to pounce a on deal that comes along.

If the inspection came back showing a perfect property, I don't think a seller is expected to try to negotiate the price up.  

We have always bought existing construction and remodeled and added on using contractors, except for painting and flooring, which we do ourselves.But, I often fantasize about building the perfect pet friendly multiplex.

So, if two months go by and you haven't bothered to make the repairs, it is perfectly reasonable for a tenant to call someone and take it off the rent.
