I have equity in the PA Property plus significant appreciation plus I have an additional 50-60K in liquid assets to throw into a new investment.

As a landlord, in Pennsylvania, am I required to inspect my property after a tenant moves out and before the new tenants move in?

@Caroline Gerardo yeah I do have a signed PA, but it doesn't state the title co name so no need to use an amendment if I decide to go this route.

Philly or PA because ill be living in NJ for the next 5 years or less, so having a rental i can drive 2 hours to get to sounds good to me but not sure if i can cash flow there.
