I asked a lot of questions whenever I found an expert in person, but other than that I just jumped in and figured stuff out along the way. 

From my experience at work, will cause lights to act up.Troubleshooting electrical seems difficult but it you break it down, what where power comes from, where it goes, where stuff works and where it stops working, and take it one step at a time you'll figure it out.

Having the ability to respond to this stuff right away is critical, whether it's a holiday weekend or pandemic like now.

I prefer learning this stuff and not hiring an expert because this is the most important thing there is to learn as this is DIRECTLY what will make you filthy rich and successful.Many people will blindly tell you that you need to hire out things you are not good at.

The $100 is for miscellaneous stuff like landscaping.

They exclude the most probable things many times and leave in stuff that rarely happens.

Lots of higher end newer commercial stuff in that area and nicer neighborhoods.

Forget trying to find out of area investors that are in your market, it's like looking for grains of sand on the beach, a complete waste of time, and more work to deal with.On GC first off, you need to learn to be good at administrative stuff, or find someone that is.

You have to find a guy who uses the commercial grade stuff.
