Booking just says "we are an agent, are international and dont provide forms" and don't really provide more than a pointer to a couple financial areas in the extranetAmazing with the volume these sites do, and treat tax reporting like a minor fit for owners.

So many have all the VIP stuff in such small font yet display their large 'ego icons' such that I don't even bother trying to read the rest of it. 

Do you know if there are any good Facebook groups for this stuff?

@William Nelson Great advice, I wish I had someone to tell me these things years ago.Bottom line for me, is take a break from looking at props and focus in your business plan and vision as you’ve mentioned.I know my business plans will change, but the most important exercise was the act of writing it down as opposed to just having the plan in your head.Not just the plan, but I also found myself researching local real estate attorneys, real estate agents, insurance agents etc. and everyone who may be involved in my business.I’ve uncovered a ton of things in my local area, which I hope will help going forward.Lot of great stuff.

Anyone that tells you yes or no will lie to you about other stuff too. 

In tacoma you don't have nearly as much ..stuff.. to deal with as in Seattle,  but there are still pitfalls.   

My tenant needed to move in this weekend, Monday is March 1st and she needs to take out all her stuff from the place she is currently renting on Sunday.She says she switched the electrical ( Duke Energy) for Monday but I have no proof.

Kilz also makes a low-odor version, works almost as well as the regular stuff.

They said that its not their responsibility and that its located external/outside from the unit not internal.
