I don't know anything about Legal in a Box, but if you're trying to do more than a plain single-member LLC with stuff you find online, you will be going down a dangerous road.

My plumber ended up cutting out the drum trap and finding aquarium rocks that had been there for years... you can't make this stuff up. 

Since we just got our first property in November, it might even be too early to talk much about leveraging equity.Instead of typing out all the things I know about this stuff, I'm just going to play the noob.

(So i can do all the stuff i want to do in life - nothing noble - just live a good life) 

Can anybody offer advice on how to get the property more exposure to potential buyers or general marketing tips on international property?

So, just actually know your stuff... or if you don't, make sure you find out from your agent. 

I mean absolutely no disrespect, but IMO if this were me, I would find a house that needs easy stuff - floors, paint, some light landscaping maybe a light kitchen and bath redo - no structural changes, no gut rehab, not septic etc etc.  

Not to complicate or add more stuff to mix you up but there is also the AirBnB option which can be SUPER lucrative and fun! 

And then he went on to make a major international business based on it including Summits and other things.
