The reason for the carpet by the shower is that the bathroom is part of the master suite (no door in between).The carpet is in pristine shape otherwise (that and the bed legs), but for sure when it's due to be ripped off, I will not put carpet there.And yes, like I said, I was not going to deduct this, but I was thinking of mentioning it to my next tenant (to have a good size rug).

I’ve been looking and analyzing a bunch of multi units such as a duplex, triplex or quad plex and recently in my findings I found really attractive townhouses with finished basements and multiple master suites AND WITH EITHER IF THESE IM GIING To HouSE HACK.Yesterday my lender said no townhouses, you have to show rental income in order for you to be considered for the FHA loan.

If it is an in rem suit, and Grandma lost the property several years ago and then died without a will and left 4 children, one of whom died after Grandma but before the QT lawsuit, and that predeceased child had 5 children of their own who are all now grown and living all over the United States, it can take a lot of time tracking down everybody and whether anybody had any wills or not.
