@Marcus I.Keep in mind that in order to take a distribution or loan under the CARES Act you must have been impacted by the virus in one of the enumerated ways & your current account provider must allow you to take a CARES Act distribution or loan.

The first was not well run and just after I sold they took out a massive loan and I have no idea how that impacted owners as it was a massive loan and one of the people on the condo board pushed for it and then sold his place AFTER he pocketed a big commission from that loan.
